The Gardens Ocean City Homes

The Gardens Ocean City Homes. The Gardens Area of Ocean City boast some of the most diverse, largest &  the most historic homes & estates in Ocean City.  Geographically it is the northern most tip of  Ocean City-once a part of Longport, NJ.  This area locally is just  north of “North Street” and wraps around the northern tip  of  Oean City.  It sprawls  from beach to bay & in betwen.  The streets tend to zig zag,  bend & curve all around.  As a long time resident & local of 30 years, I still get lost in some of the gardens streets.   Homes range in diversity from sprawling estates to duplex- condos.  Many homes have some type of  view. Whether it be ocean-view, bay-view,  or the Skyline of  Atlantic City & the Lonport Inlet.   This area  has some of the largest & most private  parcels of land in town.  It is not uncommon to have a 60 x 100 ft+ large lots.   When your in resort real estate, land matters.  There is a certain panache when you can afford a home in the “Gardnes.”
